A retailer was opening a new market, but its point-of-sale data was scattered and inconsistent across locations. There was no single, trustworthy view of sales — so leadership would be flying blind exactly when fast, costly launch decisions had to be made.

Approach

We consolidated the messy POS data into a centralized Snowflake warehouse with consistent definitions, then built real-time Tableau dashboards covering sales, stores and products for the launch.

Outcome
