Challenge
Two teams were stuck in manual work. Finance compiled monthly FP&A reports by hand in spreadsheets; marketing built campaign lists by manually pulling customer data from several disconnected systems. Both were slow, repetitive, error-prone — and didn't scale with the business.
Approach
For finance, we built dynamic Tableau dashboards fed by automated API delivery, removing the manual compilation entirely. For marketing, custom Python scripts pulled and filtered customer data across systems to build segmented campaign lists automatically.
Outcome
Finance reporting now refreshes on its own — freeing the team for analysis instead of assembly — and marketing builds segmented lists in a fraction of the time, ready to scale campaigns. With fewer manual touchpoints, both make fewer mistakes.
