Why doesn’t a particular voice appear in ReadAloud? / 為何某個語音未在 ReadAloud 中出現?
Open iOS Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices and download the voice you want. It will appear in ReadAloud the next time you open the app.
請在 iOS「設定 → 輔助使用 → 語音內容 → 語音」中下載您想要的語音,下次開啟 ReadAloud 時便會出現。
Why can’t I use Siri voices? / 為何無法使用 Siri 語音?
Apple restricts Siri voices to system apps only. Third-party apps, including ReadAloud, cannot access them. We recommend downloading Apple’s “Enhanced” or “Premium” voices instead.
Apple 限制 Siri 語音只供系統 app 使用,第三方 app(包括 ReadAloud)無法存取。建議改為下載 Apple 的「增強」或「高品質」語音。
How do I import books? / 如何匯入書本?
- From the Files app (iCloud Drive, local storage, third-party cloud) / 由「檔案」app(iCloud Drive、本機儲存、第三方雲端)
- Via the Share → ReadAloud sheet from other apps / 由其他 app 的「分享 → ReadAloud」
- Paste from the clipboard / 由剪貼簿貼上文字
- Supported formats: TXT, EPUB, PDF / 支援格式:TXT、EPUB、PDF
Does ReadAloud upload my books to the cloud? / ReadAloud 是否會將我的書本上載至雲端?
No. All books and settings are stored locally on your device. We have no servers and collect no personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Playback stops unexpectedly? / 播放突然停止?
- Make sure your device is not muted / 確保裝置沒有靜音
