Why one system
Your company's own system
Each company runs on its own separate system and database — your records are never stored alongside another company's.
Built on what we use every day
The customer follow-up and invoicing modules come from the system Heion runs its own business on.
Small on purpose
No general ledger, no tax filing, no stock control. Your accounting stays in Xero or QuickBooks; we hand it clean data.

Common questions
- What can we buy today?
- The digital timesheet and approval system. Customer follow-up and invoicing are in development; companies that register now are the first to try them.
- Where is our data stored?
- In your company's own database, separate from every other client. We agree the hosting region with you before set-up.
- Does it replace Xero or our accountant?
- No. Heion Works handles the day-to-day records and passes clean data to your accounting software.
- Can we use only one module?
- Yes. Most companies start with one — usually timesheets — and add others when they need them.
- We already keep customers in a spreadsheet. Can we bring them over?
- Yes. Customer lists can be imported from Excel or CSV when the customer module is switched on.
