Chapter system

A monthly traffic-light update, delivered to every member

Built for business-network chapters that use PALMS reports. Upload the monthly reports; every member gets their own score and exactly what it would take to reach the next light. Announcements and event sign-ups can be added as the chapter needs them.

What the leadership team does by hand every month

  • Working out every member's score from the PALMS report
  • Building the reminder list in a spreadsheet
  • Sending messages one by one on WhatsApp
  • Repeating the same training announcements every week
  • Taking event sign-ups on a form and matching payments by hand

What the system does

  1. 01 Core Available now

    Monthly traffic-light update

Each member gets their own message: current score and light, the score in each category, and advice they can act on — such as how many more visitors add 5 points.

  2. 02 Add-on Coming soon

Chapter announcements — written by you

The leadership team writes an announcement and sends it to every member, or only to some — for example red-light or new members.

  3. 03 Add-on Coming soon

    Chapter announcements — standing content

Set up content such as training promotions once; it is attached to every monthly update automatically.

  4. 04 Add-on Coming soon

    Event sign-up

A page and form for training, Power Day, Power Camp and other events: places, closing dates, member and visitor prices, and an attendee list to export.

Advice members can actually act on

When we rebuilt the reminders for one chapter, the hand-made spreadsheet had the scores right — but for most members, the "add this many for the next light" number was too low to reach it. Every target the system gives is checked against the tier it promises, and scores are checked against the chapter's existing sheet before the first send.

Member data stays with the chapter

Reports and scores are used only to produce the chapter's own updates. They are never published or shared with other chapters, and they are deleted on request.

How messages reach members

One-tap WhatsApp

Each message is pre-filled; the sender taps once per member. Free.

Personal link

Each member opens a private page with their score breakdown. The link can be posted to the chapter group. Free.

Automatic WhatsApp

Sent by the system through the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Optional: needs Meta's template approval, and each message is charged.

Common questions

Do members need to install an app?
No. Members receive a WhatsApp message or open a link in their phone's browser.
Our chapter uses a different scoring table. Does that matter?
No. The system is set up with your chapter's own scoring table, and the first month's scores are checked against your existing sheet.
Can messages go out on WhatsApp automatically?
Yes, as an option through the official WhatsApp Business Platform. It needs Meta to approve the message templates and is charged per message, so most chapters start with the free one-tap or link methods.
How long before the first monthly update?
Once we have the chapter's scoring table and recent PALMS reports, the first update can usually be ready within a week.
Can a region use it for several chapters?
Yes. Each chapter's data is kept separate, and pricing is based on the number of chapters.
