A small Hong Kong technology company, run hands-on by its founder
Heion Technologies is a small technology company in Hong Kong. The founder works on every project personally.
The founder is not a software engineer by training. The background is data: more than 15 years inside retail and e-commerce companies, leading data and BI and replacing manual reporting with automation.
Today much of the code can be written with AI. What still needs a person is deciding what to build, and judging whether what the AI produced is right. That is what data work has always been — looking at a pile of output and telling what can be trusted from what needs checking.
So we stay small and deliver quickly, and the same person follows your project from the first call to hand-over. You are not passed to a junior team.
