Common questions
- Our data is a mess. Can you still work with it?
- Most SMEs' data is. Cleaning it up and agreeing one definition for each number is part of the job — we look at a sample before quoting and tell you how much clean-up it needs.
- Do we need to buy new software?
- Usually not. Reports can be built on the Excel or Google Sheets you already have, or tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI. If a tool has a monthly fee, the quote says so.
- How do we know the numbers are right?
- Before hand-over we check the new report line by line against the report you use today, and explain every difference until you are satisfied.
- Is our data safe?
- Reports are built inside your own accounts wherever possible, and customer and financial data is never sent to a third-party AI service without your explicit agreement.
